The registration fee for PhD students (proof needed) will remain € 415 for two days and € 255 for 1 day, even after the deadline for early bird registration.
The registration fee includes:
- Access to the plenary and parallel sessions
- Conference proceedings
- Lunch and coffee breaks
- Conference dinner on Monday 27 November 2017
- Closing reception on Tuesday 28 November 2017
- Participation to the guided visits to manure treatment installations (optional, on 29 November 2017). Please note that only the first 160 participants subscribing for the field trip can join the excursion, as the number of visitors is limited at the companies. There is a first come, first serve policy.
*The prices indicated do not include VAT. Depending on the VAT regulations, it is possible that 21% will be added to the price indicated on the website.
Our organization is subjected to VAT. Please take into account that the prices mentioned do not include VAT.
After registration, an invoice will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Please consider that for registration outside the EU a fixed fee of €20 per invoice will be charged for international banking costs. During online payment, you can indicate that the customer does not pay any costs - all costs, both costs from the bank of the customer as well as costs from the bank of the beneficiary, are paid by the beneficiary (BEN).
The conference dinner will take place on 27 November 2017 in the evening. We will have dinner in the football stadion of Eindhoven, homebase of PSV Eindhoven.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation received 10 weeks before conference - 100% of the registration fee will be refunded less €50 administration fee.
Cancellations received 6 weeks before conference - 50% of the registration fee will be refunded less €50 administration fee.
Cancellations received hereafter - We regret that no refunds will be issued.
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a colleague to attend in your place, any time up to 7 days before the conference, provided that full details are submitted
Everyone entering The Netherlands must have a valid passport, or in the case of European Union Member States, a national identity card. Visitors are advised to check what form of ID is required by their airline carrier before travelling. Some airlines within Europe will only accept passport identification.
Visas are required by delegates travelling from some countries. We would encourage all delegates to check with their local Dutch representation and also with your travel operator if your originating country requires a visa.
